What exactly is a credit?
Credits are the studio's single currency for AI work: generating campaign packs, product imagery, background removal and premium-quality renders. The builder always shows the credit estimate for a run before you start it, so there are no surprises.
What happens if a generation fails?
Credits are reserved when a run starts and charged only for creatives that are actually delivered. Failed renders and cancelled runs are refunded automatically, and you'll see every reservation, charge and refund in your billing ledger.
Can my ads spend money without me knowing?
No. Every ad is published to Meta in a paused state. Activation is an explicit human step that re-checks your claims. Budgets above the spend guard require an extra authorization, and there is no autonomous spend anywhere in the product.
What counts as a "brand"?
A brand is a product profile in your Product Library: its sources, claims, photos and logo. Starter includes 3, Pro 10 and Agency 30, so an agency can keep every client's brand cleanly separated in one workspace.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?
Anytime. Billing runs on Stripe with simple monthly cycles. Switch plans from the billing page and the change applies to your subscription; cancelling keeps your workspace on the Free plan's limits.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card: analyze a source, review claims and explore the full builder. Add a top-up pack or a subscription whenever you're ready to generate at volume.
